About the Speaker

Laurin Kelly is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Battle Plan Strategic Consulting, LLC, as well as the Founder and Executive Director of ABWIPPM, with nearly 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors. Her background spans project and program management, organizational development, process improvement, healthcare, public health, communications, and DEI. Laurin holds a Master of Public Health with a certificate in Health Management and Policy and is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master.

Laurin has supported Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, and nonprofit organizations by helping them build sustainable systems, improve processes, and implement project management tools that actually work.
