About the Event

This event is free and open to everyone!

Asana 101 for Project Managers 101 is a hands-on session designed for project managers who want to confidently use Asana to plan, track, and deliver work more effectively.

In this session, you will learn how to structure projects in Asana so they support clarity, accountability, and momentum rather than creating more work. Laurin will walk through how to set up projects, tasks, subtasks, timelines, dependencies, and dashboards in a way that aligns with real-world project workflows. You will also learn best practices for collaborating with stakeholders, managing deadlines, and keeping teams aligned using Asana as a central source of truth.

This session is ideal for project managers who are new to Asana, those who have used it lightly but want to use it more strategically, or anyone responsible for improving project visibility and follow-through across a team or organization.

Participants will leave with practical tips they can apply immediately, along with a clearer understanding of how to use Asana as a project management tool rather than just a task list.
