About the Event

Asana in Action: Practical Project Management for Real-World Teams is a hands-on training designed for project managers and team leads who want to use Asana in a more intentional, effective way. This session moves beyond basic task tracking and focuses on how to structure work so teams can see what matters, stay aligned, and keep projects moving forward.

Participants will learn how to set up projects and portfolios that reflect real workflows, customize views to support different roles and working styles, and build reusable templates that promote consistency and save time. The session will also explore Asana rules and automation, showing how to reduce manual work and create smoother handoffs across teams.

This training is hands-on and application-focused, with real-world examples that can be immediately adapted to your own projects. The session will conclude with a live Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and explore use cases specific to their teams.
