Georgina Dukes-Harris, MHA is a visionary health tech founder, faith-driven leader, and strategist dedicated to building equitable systems that heal. She is the Founder and CEO of Swishvo, an AI-powered platform helping holistic health providers streamline operations and get reimbursed by insurance—bridging the gap between community-based healing and modern healthcare.
Before launching Swishvo, Georgina spent over 15 years leading population health, innovation, and equity initiatives across healthcare systems, including Duke Health, Medicaid IT, and a fast-growing startup she helped scale into a $2B unicorn. Her work focuses on advancing equity in maternal, behavioral, and community health.
A Google Data Center Community AI Fellow and Rock Health Innovation Fellow, Georgina continues to shape the future of equitable innovation. A proud South Carolina native, wife, and mother of three, she’s passionate about faith, family, and building ventures that turn healing into a sustainable business model.
