About Our Speaker
Gabby is a PMP-certified career strategist and founder of two businesses built on a single conviction: that our people already have what it takes and just need the strategy to prove it.
Through LongevaSys Global Strategies, her consulting firm, she partners with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership, build PM infrastructure, and develop the teams that carry the work forward.
Her passion for career development led her to launch Gabby The Expert, the coaching practice through which she has helped hundreds of current and aspiring PM professionals land roles, negotiate higher salaries, and build careers that reflect their full potential.
By day, Gabby serves as Director of Implementation at a national wealth management firm, where she supports the buildout of a business unit serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. She holds an M.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Project Management and a Bachelor's in Finance.
Gabby is a proud ABWIPPM community member whose pivot into project management was directly shaped by the mentors, thought leaders, and resources she found in this space.
