As the founder of Violet Serenity Design, Starlynne integrates behavioral science and digital strategy to develop data-driven solutions that unlock user potential, whether they are high-tech innovators or low-tech adopters. She holds a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of Colorado, grounding her work in both research and real-world impact.
