The Association of Black Women in Project and Program Management (ABWIPPM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering Black women in project and program management through mentorship, education, and community.

We provide access to mentorship, networking, scholarships, and skill-building opportunities that support career growth and leadership. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned professional, ABWIPPM is here to help you thrive.

Our Mission

The Association of Black Women in Project and Program Management (ABWIPPM) is dedicated to empowering Black women who are active or aspiring professionals in project and program management. Our mission is to provide a dynamic and supportive community where members connect, share, and grow. Through networking, mentorship, and access to unique resources, we aim to facilitate professional development, advocate for representation, and address the specific challenges faced by Black women in our field. We strive to create opportunities, foster inclusive environments, and champion the success of each member in her project and program management career.
