She brings a wealth of expertise in operational excellence and execution-focused leadership to the Board, where she is dedicated to mentoring emerging talent and creating pathways for women to thrive in the profession.
Katrina Hawkins
Katrina Hawkins-DeCosta is a Healthcare IT and Cloud Transformation leader with 14 years of experience managing multi-million dollar initiatives for federal agencies such as the CDC, FDA, and VA. Specializing in AI-driven solutions and cybersecurity, she joins the Board with a passion for STEM outreach and a commitment to empowering others through innovative, data-driven professional development.
Stella Oladapo
Stella S. Oladapo is a seasoned Project and Program Manager and the Founder of Hyphen Partners, with over 15 years of experience leading global health and technology initiatives across West Africa and the United States. A certified Scrum Master and systems-level thinker, she brings expertise in strategic innovation and AI-driven processes to the Board, fueled by a passion for mentoring women in multicultural professional environments.
Tiffanie Sherrer
Tiffanie Sherrer is the founder of Black Swan Consulting, where she specializes in strategic planning and business optimization for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and artists of color. Currently serving as a healthcare consultant for Veterans, she brings a unique blend of stakeholder engagement expertise and creative storytelling to the Board to help others find purpose through entrepreneurship.
Andrea Smith
Andrea Smith is a Senior IT Project Manager and mentor with two decades of experience driving complex initiatives across healthcare and technology. She specializes in leading cross-functional teams and achieving successful outcomes. As the Founder & CEO of IntegraPath Solutions, she extends this same commitment to excellence in connecting skilled professionals with purposeful projects.
Dr. Kyla Vanchieri
Dr. Kyla M. Vanchieri is a Project Executive and leadership strategist with a Doctorate in Business Administration, recognized for directing national initiatives that have achieved over $100 million in operational savings. As the creator of the Stability Quotient (SQ) framework, she brings a unique blend of technical project governance and emotional intelligence research to the Board to help organizations navigate complex change.
Najaah Wheeler
Najaah A. Wheeler is an operations executive and Chief of Staff at Cisco with over 12 years of experience driving global security, compliance, and efficiency initiatives. Renowned for leading the nationwide rollout of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, she joins the Board to leverage her extensive background in federal grants and strategic operations to champion professional advancement for Black women in project management.
