How It Works

-
Apply — Read the position description, confirm your ABWIPPM membership, and complete the Chapter Lead Application during an open window. We open applications twice a year — Spring and Fall.
-
Review — Applications are reviewed by national leadership after each window closes. Qualified applicants will be contacted for a brief conversation with the Director of Chapter Development.
-
Onboard — Selected leads complete a virtual 2-session onboarding and are enrolled in the Chapter Lead Development Program (CLDP) for ongoing training and support throughout their term.

Applications are accepted during Spring and Fall windows only.
