The Association of Black Women in Project and Program Management (ABWIPPM) National Conference returns in 2026 with a powerful theme, “Together We Build. Together We Grow.”


This event kicks off with an invite only reception the evening of October 4th, and continues for two days of programming on October 5th and October 6th, 2026 at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve. We have designed this experience to bring together project leaders from across industries including fintech, technology, consulting, public sector, and nonprofit spaces.


This year’s conference centers collaboration as both a leadership practice and a strategy for long term growth. “Together We Build. Together We Grow,” reflects our collective commitment to shared knowledge, intentional leadership, and community driven progress. Building on the momentum of previous conferences, the 2026 program will feature an engaging keynote session facilitated by Ashaki Sorrell, interactive and skill building workshops, awards and recognition, curated networking experiences, and a live pitch competition!


Whether you are an experienced project leader, an emerging professional, or someone exploring what leadership can look like in your next season, this conference offers space to learn, connect, and move forward with purpose.


Join us in Hanover, Maryland as we come together to build what’s next and grow stronger, together.

Refund Policy for ABWIPPM Conference Tickets


• Full Refund Window: Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase (if purchased before August 1, 2026) will receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.


• Partial Refund Window: Refund requests made between August 1, 2026 and September 4, 2026 will receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees.


• No Refund Window: After September 4, 2026, no refunds will be issued due to venue, catering, and programming commitments.


• Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost up until September 20, 2026 by notifying us at [info@abwippm.org].


• Hardship Consideration: In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, etc.), ABWIPPM may review refund requests made after the deadline on a case-by-case basis.
