Cindy Ofunne is a transformative leader whose career bridges innovation, education, and global impact. With over 14 years of experience across healthcare, telecommunications, IT, aviation, and education, she has advanced project management excellence across industries and continents. As Director of PEC PM Experts Inc., she spearheaded the PM EXPO initiative, connecting professionals and industry leaders to shape the future of project management. She is also the founder of STEMPorte, a global ed-tech venture championing STEAM education.

Her credentials include PMP, ITIL, and Scrum certifications, an MBA in Finance, and a postgraduate degree in Project Management. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, Cindy was recently recognized as one of the “40 under 40” business elite and honored as a YWCA Woman of Distinction (2025). She is also the co-author of Mastering ERP Projects: Winning Strategies from the Experts.
