Dr. Mariann Jordan is the Owner and CEO of J & P Consulting Group, LLC and Founder and CEO of J & P National Youth Empowerment Network, NFP. She is a nationally recognized nonprofit executive, author, philanthropist, and workforce development strategist with more than 30 years of experience in human services, economic development, and community leadership. Through her leadership, she has helped more than 160 businesses and nonprofit organizations secure over $8 million in funding while creating pathways to economic empowerment for underserved communities, youth, minority entrepreneurs, and returning citizens.

Dr. Jordan is the recipient of numerous honors, including the President Joseph R. Biden Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteerism, the Chicago Defender Women of Excellence Award, the Black Girls Rock Award, the Dream in Color Community Impact Award, and the 2026 Crown Jewel Award for Community Partnership.
