As project managers and entrepreneurs, we’re no strangers to competing priorities, but let’s be honest, managing everything at once can be overwhelming.

I’d love to open up a conversation here: How are you currently managing multiple priorities, and how are you protecting yourself from burnout?

For me, what’s been helpful lately is:

  • Blocking focused time on my calendar (and actually honoring it)

  • Reassessing what’s urgent vs. important each week

  • Saying no, even to good things, so I can focus on the right things

What about you?

📌 What systems, habits, or tools are helping you stay afloat?

📌 Where are you still feeling stretched too thin?

Drop your thoughts, strategies, or even questions below, let’s learn from each other and build something that sustains us, not just our to-do list!

  • I protect my sleep

  • I keep open lines of communication with my boss and my stakeholders if something is untenable or exceeds capacity of the team.

  • I keep track of wins and make sure my boss knows what they are, so when I tell her that I'm not able to take more on my plate, she is aware of how many times I go above and beyond and doesn't hesitate to back me up.

  • I schedule most of my vacations on my calendar at the beginning of the year and protect them.

  • I delegate tasks during every meeting and take on as few as possible. Just because I can do something doesn't mean i should do it. For me, this is part of that "saying no, even to good things, so I can focus on the right things"
