About the Event

In project management, success depends as much on your presence as it does on your processes. In this empowering session, Owning the Room: A Project Manager’s Guide to Stakeholder Mastery and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, Mishka Bell will help you unlock the confidence and communication tools needed to lead effectively—no matter who’s in the room.

Participants will learn how to confidently manage stakeholder relationships while tackling the internal doubts that often accompany leadership roles. Through real-world examples, communication mapping techniques, and mindset reframing strategies, you’ll discover how to take control of the narrative, establish credibility, and project confidence in any professional setting.

Designed for both emerging and experienced project managers, this session combines tactical skills with emotional intelligence—equipping you to build trust, influence outcomes, and show up as the leader you already are.
