About the Event
ABWIPPM Presents:
Many leaders, project managers, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven professionals are carrying big goals with limited time, stretched capacity, and systems that were never designed to support long-term growth. Too often, organizations and teams operate in survival mode, relying on passion and people instead of processes and infrastructure.
This session recognizes an important truth: passion can start the work, but systems help sustain it. This session explores how intentional capacity building and project management practices can help leaders move from overwhelm to sustainability. Participants will learn practical approaches for strengthening systems, improving workflows, managing competing priorities, and creating structures that support organizational impact and personal wellbeing.
Through real-world examples, reflection, and actionable strategies, attendees will explore how to identify capacity gaps, streamline processes, strengthen collaboration, and build systems that allow teams and organizations to scale without sacrificing mission, effectiveness, or people in the process.
Whether leading programs, managing projects, supporting teams, or building something from the ground up, participants will leave with practical tools to help turn vision into action while creating sustainable systems designed to support growth, leadership, and long-term success.
