Laurin is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Battle Plan Strategic Consulting, where she helps small-to-midsize nonprofits strengthen operations, project management, and organizational development. With nearly 15 years of cross-sector experience—including healthcare, government, and education—Laurin is known for demystifying project management and helping professionals move forward with clarity. She holds a Master of Public Health, is both PMP and CSM certified, and has trained hundreds of professionals to lead projects with strategy and confidence.
