The Association of Black Women in Project & Program Management Conference 2025 is a transformative two-day event dedicated to empowering and celebrating Black women in project management. Taking place on September 26–27, 2025, at the luxurious Royal Sonesta Hotel in Capitol Hill, this year’s theme, Blueprints of Power: Pioneering Paths and Building Legacies, invites attendees to redefine leadership, innovate boldly, and create lasting impacts in their careers.

Refund Policy for ABWIPPM Conference Tickets

• Full Refund Window: Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase (if purchased before August 1, 2025) will receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.

• Partial Refund Window: Refund requests made between August 1 and September 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees.

• No Refund Window: After September 1, 2025, no refunds will be issued due to venue, catering, and programming commitments.

• Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost up until September 20, 2025 by notifying us at [info@abwippm.org].

• Hardship Consideration: In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, etc.), ABWIPPM may review refund requests made after the deadline on a case-by-case basis.
