About the Event

Don’t Shy From A.I. is an empowering session designed to help professionals move past fear and uncertainty and toward confident, intentional use of artificial intelligence. As AI continues to reshape how work gets done, this conversation focuses on understanding its role as an enabler of efficiency, innovation, and smarter decision-making rather than a threat to jobs or relevance.

In this session, Kandi Hall will explore how individuals and organizations can begin integrating AI into their strategies in meaningful ways. Attendees will learn how AI can support workflow optimization, data-driven insights, and competitive advantage, while also discussing the mindset shifts needed to adopt new technologies responsibly and effectively. The session emphasizes curiosity, adaptability, and strategic thinking as essential skills for thriving in an AI-enabled future.
