About the Event
As artificial intelligence transforms the workplace, project managers are being challenged to lead with greater agility, awareness, and intention. Join ABWIPPM for a thought-provoking session with Hannah Collier, as she explores how Black women in project management can harness AI as a tool—while grounding their leadership in what technology can’t replace: human judgment, empathy, and cultural intelligence.
With over 15 years of experience leading complex initiatives across industries including healthcare, technology, government, and entertainment, Hannah brings both depth and real-world perspective to this conversation. A nationally recognized leader within PMI’s Global Diversity Community of Practice and an executive coach specializing in human-centered performance, she offers a fresh lens on what it truly means to perform and lead in today’s evolving landscape.
In this session, you’ll be introduced to a human-centered approach to performance that challenges traditional productivity metrics and redefines success through influence, well-being, and sustainable impact. Hannah will share practical strategies to help you navigate AI-driven environments, advocate for people-first systems, and position yourself as a leader who shapes project outcomes and organizational culture.\
Whether you’re an emerging or seasoned project professional, this session is your invitation to lead with intention, design with equity, and build a career that is not only high-performing—but deeply human.
