Community Consulting Teams (CCT) has opened volunteer applications for its Fall 2026 consulting cycle, and ABWIPPM Atlanta wants our members and chapter community well represented on teams this season. You're welcome to apply right away — you don't need to attend this session first. We're hosting it for anyone who has questions about the commitment or wants more context before applying.

CCT teams pair volunteer consultants with Atlanta-area nonprofits to solve real organizational challenges — a hands-on opportunity to practice and grow your project management skill set over a 10-week engagement (approx. 4–5 hours/week). Team Leaders get the fullest PM experience, leading planning, facilitation, and coordination. Team Members contribute as consultants first, with plenty of room to step into meeting facilitation, Kanban board management, risk tracking, and action item ownership.

We'll walk through the commitment, the difference between Team Leader and Team Member roles, key dates, and — importantly — how to make sure your application gets connected back to ABWIPPM.
