Dr. Lynnecia S. Eley is an award-winning Assistant Dean, Adjunct Professor, author, coach, and entrepreneur. Known as The Confidence Doula, she is recognized for her work helping women embrace their self-worth, lead with purpose, and cultivate confidence that lasts. Her impact spans higher education, leadership development, publishing, and women’s empowerment.
