Leading with confidence is not about personality. It is about practice. In this empowering session designed for Black women in project management, Dr. Lynnecia S. Eley creates space for participants to reclaim their confidence, strengthen their influence, and lead from a place of clarity rather than comparison.
Dr. Eley, Assistant Dean and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and Founder of She Can Inspire, will guide attendees through her signature BOLD Framework built on Bravery, Ownership, Leadership, and Determination. Through reflective discussion, practical tools, and confidence-strengthening exercises, participants will identify how to set aligned boundaries, communicate with conviction, and navigate high-pressure environments without sacrificing well-being.

About Dr. Lynnecia S. Eley
Dr. Lynnecia S. Eley is an award-winning Assistant Dean, Adjunct Professor, author, coach, and entrepreneur. Known as The Confidence Doula, she is recognized for her work helping women embrace their self-worth, lead with purpose, and cultivate confidence that lasts. Her impact spans higher education, leadership development, publishing, and women’s empowerment. A best-selling and award-winning author, she has written multiple transformative works including Birth with Purpose, Coffee and Confidence, and The 3M’s of Writing Your Book Toolkit. She holds an Executive Master’s in Program and Portfolio Management from Georgetown University and a long list of professional certifications. Through her teaching, coaching, and community leadership, Dr. Eley equips individuals to discover their purpose, nurture their passions, and lead with clarity, courage, and confidence.
