Kandi Hall brings a wealth of experience as an award-winning business development and implementation professional, certified in PMP, CSM, SP, ITIL, and CSCP. As a Managing Consultant with IBM’s Business Consulting Services, she has honed her expertise in using data to identify and solve complex problems. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kandi is a proud two-time graduate of Norfolk State University and the founder of the Kaleb Cares Foundation™, which connects communities to vital resources in health and financial wellness.

Deeply committed to service and leadership, Kandi is a life member of Women in Technology International (WITI), Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, and the Norfolk State University Alumni Association. She also contributes to organizations including the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and the NSU Foundation Board of Directors.
